Juan-Manuel Pinzon is a first-generation Colombian-American artist currently living in New Rochelle, NY. Juan studied at Oberlin College (’18), the Krenov School of Fine Woodworking (’19) and earned his MFA at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2022. This year, he has attended residencies at Vermont Studio Center and will be a resident at The Ellis Beauregard Foundation in September. He has exhibited work in Richmond, VA and Fort Bragg, CA. Juan is the recipient of the Alice Cabell Horsley Parker Scholarship in Craft & Material Studies, VCUarts Graduate Assistantship award, and The Modern Richmond Scholarship.
